DEI Friendly middle-aged Employer Award

The "DEI Top 100 Enterprises for the middle-aged " is a collaboration between Business Weekly and 104 Job Bank, marking the first time in Taiwan that quantitative and qualitative evaluations are used to identify companies that are friendly to middle-aged workers. IKEA Taiwan conducted surveys with middle-aged employees and interviewed their managers. To demonstrated IKEA commitment to diversity and inclusion through initiatives such as job redesign programs for store service employees and providing then the assistive devices.

Best Employer Brand Award for Talent Attraction and Employee Retention

104 Job Bank held its first Employer Brand Awards, focusing on two main aspects: "Talent Attraction," which emphasizes recruitment channels and methods, managing relationships with job seekers, and demonstrating the company's value to employees; and "Employee Retention," which focuses on employee satisfaction, leadership, career development, compensation, and corporate culture and sustainability. Out of 444 participating companies, IKEA Taiwan was among the 46 companies honored with this prestigious award.

Taipei City Age-Friendly Certification

The Taipei City Department of Labor evaluates companies based on five criteria: organizational culture, education and training, work environment and job redesign, recruitment and employment, and innovative practices, to ensure the promotion of an age-friendly workplace. IKEA Taiwan is one of the 76 companies that received this certification.

2024 Yourator Employer Award

Yourator focuses on the field of digital talents , using digital media and tools to simultaneously expand the influence of enterprises on digital talents. This win that represents recognition of our commitment to creating an inclusive and forward-thinking work environment for employees of all ages. DFI IKEA Taiwan won the HR Asia award "HR Asia Best Companies to work for In Asia"

With the theme, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, the awards focused on the efforts of companies in promoting diversity and inculcating inclusion in the workplace.
In all, 26,200 employees from 330 Taiwanese companies took part in HR Asia’s proprietary Total Engagement Assessment Model – ranking their own employers on metrics ranging from workplace happiness and team cohesion to employee advocacy and continued job motivation.
