How can I have an IKEA APP Shopping account? (IKEA Family)
If you are existing IIKEA Family member
(1) Register for an APP Shopping account and verify your account (only needed for the firsttime login). If you are non-R.O.C. national who already has an IKEA Family Card but have not linked your card to the IKEA APP Shopping account yet, please contact our customer service team at
onsales@IKEA.com.tw . Our co-workers will assist you with the account-linking process.
If you are not an IKEA Family member
(1) Please sign up for an IKEA Family membership first If you are R.O.C. national, please use our online application system, or alternatively, visit a nearby IKEA store and apply for an IKEA Family Card on the kiosk.
If you are non-R.O.C. national and do not have a R.O.C. national ID, please visit IKEA customer service counter in-store. Our service co-workers will assist you with the application process. Thank you.
How can I have an IKEA account? (IKEA For Business)
If you are existing IKEA For Business member
(1) Click “log-in/register”.
(2) Key in your tax ID number and your email.
(3) You will receive a verification email. Click the link in the mail and set your password.
(4) After setting your password, you can log-in your IKEA account with verified email and password.
If you are not an IKEA For Business member
(1) Become an IKEA For Business member.
(2) Click “log-in/register”.
(3) Key in your tax ID number and your email.
(4) You will receive a verification email. Click the link in the mail and set your password.
