Terms and Conditions

• The coupon can be used on a single purchase of furniture or home accessories exceeding NT$50. Membership identity with the IKEA Family must be presented at checkout. Valid until the end of the following month after issuance.
• This coupon is valid at all IKEA stores in Taiwan (for Chiayi store, it is only applicable at IKEA cashier counters). It can be used at staffed cashier counters but excludes warehouses, AS-IS areas, the Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Food Market, Bistro, delivery fees, assembly and installation services, and non-IKEA branded items (e.g., all kitchen appliances and stone countertops), as well as online purchases.
• The coupon cannot be combined with other coupons (including discount vouchers, regardless of their name), promotional offers, discounted items, IKEA Family offer prices, or employee discounts. It is applicable only to original price items where the total purchase amount exceeds the coupon value. Each coupon can be used only once, and the discount amount will not be included in the total amount on the receipt. The discount will be distributed proportionally across items listed on the receipt.
• Items purchased using this coupon are not eligible for returns. In case of product defects, only an exchange for the same item number will be accepted. Exchanges must be made at the original store of purchase within 365 days of the purchase date.
• The coupon is valid only at the same cashier counter where it is presented. Once redeemed, it cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or receive change.
• Coupons that are expired, without a marked expiration date, screenshotted, cut, altered, forged, or photocopied are invalid. Lost, stolen, or damaged coupons are also invalid and cannot be reissued or replaced.
• IKEA reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the use of this coupon.
