Pick-up and order
-----Store order
● You may place an order and make payment at the home furnishing service area in IKEA Xinchu pick-up and order point. Your order will be ready to be picked up in 2 days.
● Once you receive the arrival notification, please pick up your order in 7 days. After 7 days, your order will be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be processed.
● The stock availability in IKEA Xinchu pick-up and order point depends on the stock availability in IKEA Tao Yuan Store. We will not be able to place orders on site if stock is not available in the Tao Yuan Store.
● Order and pick-up service does not guarantee stock availability. We will arrange a refund or exchange if your ordered item is not available in stock.
● If you misplaced your order slip, please bring a valid ID to the customer service counter and ask to process the loss order slip. Once processed and confirmed by our co-workers, you may pick up your order at the pick-up service area.
----Online shopping
● If you see a yellow “Add to cart” icon on the product page, it means that this product is in stock and can be purchased online. Please note that the system will automatically refresh and show the latest availability before entering the payment process.
----Online shopping pick-up notification
● You will receive a SMS notification once your order arrives at the IKEA Xinchu pick-up and order point if you select it as your collection point. Please bring a valid ID (order can only be picked up by the person who made the purchase) and pick up your order at the pick-up service area within the assigned time slot.
Delivery and assembly service
● We offer professional delivery and furniture assembly service with a reasonable service fee! Place an order on site by our co-workers and have your order delivered within 4 days.
Delivery and assembly service
● Online shop orders can be delivered within 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
● The assembly fee is charged at 7% of the price of the assembled goods, and the minimum charge is $400 if the cost does not reach $400.
Return and exchange your items in a different store
● At the moment, IKEA Xinchu pick-up and order point does not offer service of returning or exchanging your items in a different store. Please use the return and exchange service at the store where you made the purchase.
