“I was very inspired by my childhood summers in the Swedish countryside when I created the NATTSLÄNDA collection. The textiles are timeless, cosy and airy in a green and grey colour scheme with traditional Scandinavian crafted details like tufted parts, small knitted knots and embroidery. All made of durable materials, so that they can be passed down from child to child. I like the playful look and hope that the textiles will spread a snug, embracing feeling in your home.”

Environment

IKEA has banned the use of chlorine bleaching agents in the production of textiles and paper products due to the negative impact on the environment. Since 1996 IKEA has banned harmful dyestuffs, e.g. azo dyes, in textile and leather production. IKEA has strict requirements for the use of phthalates in all our products, and we have totally banned them in children’s and food-contact products. The cotton in this product is grown with less water, less chemical fertilizers and less chemical pesticides, while increasing profit margins for the farmers. That way, we lower our environmental impact. We want to have a positive impact on the planet. That is why by 2030, we want all materials in our products to be recycled or renewable, and sourced in responsible ways.

Care instructions

Shrinkage maximum 4%.
Machine wash, max 40°C, normal process.
Turn the cover inside out and close before wash.
Do not bleach.
Tumble drying, low temperature (max 60°C).
Iron, max 150°C.
Do not dryclean.
