Just bought a cot and now it's sitting unused after a few uses? To lighten your load and reduce resource waste, we offer a cot buyback service.
 

Our Service:

We provide a cot buyback service for IKEA Family member cots. As long as the product is in good working condition, without deformities, damage, or contamination, you can apply right away.
 

Buyback Amount:

You'll receive 30% of the original purchase price.

Cot Buyback Service Guidelines

• This is an exclusive promotion for Hsin Chuang store's IKEA Family members and is applicable only to cots purchased at the Hsin Chuang store. Please show your IKEA Family card during purchase.
• You can apply for the buyback service from six months to one year after the date of your cot purchase.
• When processing the buyback service, you need to provide contact information, three photos of the product (from different angles), and your purchase details. Email this information to our customer service inbox at serviceHCS@IKEA.com.tw. We will respond to your application within five business days.
• The cot to be bought back will undergo inspection by our in-store maintenance department to confirm its functionality and check for any deformities, damage, or contamination. If the product is no longer usable or doesn't match the original product photos provided, we regret that we cannot proceed with the buyback.
• The cot to be bought back must be a regularly priced item (AS-IS items are excluded). If you don't have the original purchase invoice details or any documents showing your purchase history, you won't be able to apply for the buyback service.
• The buyback amount is 30% of the original purchase price. This amount will be credited to a refund card, and the usage of the refund card will follow the applicable rules.
• After your application is approved, you will need to bring the product back to the Hsin Chuang store for processing. If you require delivery service, we will provide a quote based on the actual delivery service.
• If you need to request an invoice with a unified ID, please bring the official stamp or company seal during the process.
• We primarily accept cots for buyback based on their detailed product numbers.
