Please Note:
 
  • Before availing of the service, kindly take photographs of the furniture parts that require repair, including images of the entire piece. Please provide these photos along with the current condition of the furniture in your email.
  • For drawer-related issues, please bring the drawers to a store. This service is applicable to drawer cabinets from the following families: HEMNES, BUSUNGE, BRIMNES, KOPPANG, MALM, and KULLEN.
  • The service is currently available at the following stores: Xinzhuang, Xindian, Neihu, Taoyuan, and Kaohsiung.
  • If the repair required is not covered by the aforementioned services, please contact us. We will assess the feasibility of the repair and get back to you with further instructions.

4 steps to apply

Step 1. Take photos

Take 2 photos of the overall appearance of the furniture and the location where repairs are needed, from different angles.

Step 2. Contact us

Send an email to Hsin Chuang store customer service deparment and specifying the required repair services, providing photos, the condition requiring repair, and the name of the contact person.

Step 3. After our replying

We will reply within 3 days to see if further repairs can be made, or parts can be purchased to fix it by yourself.

Step 4. Get back your furniture

Receive your beloved furniture at the branch within 7 working days, with on-site personnel assessment as the primary criterion. Keep enjoying your new pieces!
