  • Enjoy a one-hour parking discount when picking up your order. Simply park at the IKEA Neihu Store parking lot and provide your license plate number to the staff during pickup.
  • The pickup kiosk is a touchscreen device. Enter your order number on the screen and wait for the staff to prepare your order.
  • Once your number is called, please present your order confirmation and receipt for verification.

Parking lot charging rates
Parking ticket machines are available by the store exits on the 1F, B1 and B2 floors. Validate the same-day receipt with parking discount slip on the parking machine to deduct parking fees.

    • Motorcycles: NT$50/hour

  • RT-Mart:
    • Purchase amounts can be combined with IKEA Neihu Store purchases. Parking time can be discounted for up to 3 hours in total with IKEA.
  • PX Mart:
    • Purchase amounts cannot be combined with IKEA Neihu Store purchases. Parking time can be discounted for up to 3 hours in total with IKEA.

The pedestrian walkway in front of IKEA Neihu Store has been designated as a no-parking zone, and enforcement against violations will begin soon. How to Charge:
Step 1: Scan the QR Code
Scan the QR code on the charging station.
Step 2: Check the Fees
Tap the link on your phone to view the charging rates.
Step 3: Choose a Payment Method
Select a payment method: credit card or Apple Pay.
Step 4: Start Charging
Once the charging prompt appears on your phone, connect the charging gun to your EV’s charging port to begin charging.
Step 5: Monitor Charging Progress
You will receive an SMS notification when charging is complete or stopped.
