Pick-up Location and Procedure at Neihu Store
  • The pick-up location is at the Customer Service Department on the 1st floor of IKEA Neihu Store.
  • You can park your car at the "Customer Pick-up Area" in the 1st-floor parking lot, as detailed in the attached diagram.
  • You'll enjoy a one-hour parking discount when picking up your order. Please inform the staff of your license plate number during pick-up.
  • The pick-up machine features a touchscreen. Please input your order number on the screen, and a staff member will retrieve your items shortly. Please present your order and invoice for verification upon collection.

Parking lot charging rates
Parking ticket machines are available by the store exits on the 1F, B1 and B2 floors. Validate the same-day receipt with parking discount slip on the parking machine to deduct parking fees.



*The first hour is to be charged as one full hour. The second hour is to be charged per every half an hour.

Overnight parking calculation starts from 23:00 to 09:00 the next day. Car: $100/hour. Motorcycle: $50/h
