From 2:00 PM on the delivery day (after receiving a call from customer service) until 9:00 PM
Service Fees:
The assembly fee is 7% of the assembled product's price. If the calculated fee is less than NT$400, a minimum charge of NT$400 will apply.
Service Process:

IKEA Family members can select furniture within dimensions of 50 x 50 x 120 cm at the IKEA Neihu Store furniture department and complete payment at the 2F checkout area.

Present your receipt from the IKEA Neihu Store and the purchased product at the 1F Customer Service Desk to arrange the assembly service and pay the service fee.

Please keep your phone available for a call. Once assembly is complete, customer service will notify you to pick up your item at the 1F Customer Service Desk.
Important Notes:

Each customer is limited to a maximum of 2 items for assembly. Assembled items must be picked up on the same day. IKEA does not provide storage services, and a storage fee of NT$500/day will apply for unclaimed items.

Please verify the product and assembly status with staff upon pickup. After leaving the desk, complaints about product condition or assembly defects will not be accepted.

Service fees are non-refundable after the assembly service is completed.
