How to obtain the voucher:

IKEA Family members who use the DBS credit card for a single installment purchase of NT$20,000 or more will receive one "Crispy Chicken Wings and Cold Drink Combo" voucher! Limited quantity available, while supplies last.

  • This promotion is limited to IKEA Taipei Stores: Xin Chuang, Xindian, Neihu, and Taipei City Shop–Arena.
  • IKEA Family members using a DBS credit card for single installment purchases can include home furnishing products, AS-IS products, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Food Market, Bistro, non-IKEA branded products (e.g., 3M), service fees (e.g., delivery, assembly/installation), but items like IKEA gift cards and online shopping are excluded.
  • The physical voucher can only be collected by the IKEA Family member in person. When visiting the customer service counter to collect the voucher, as per DBS Bank’s operational guidelines, customers must present their DBS credit card used for the qualifying installment purchase, along with the same card number's signed transaction slip and receipt. The IKEA customer service representative will record transaction details (including the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the credit card number, transaction date, transaction amount, etc.) before issuing the gift voucher. If the customer refuses to present the required credit card and transaction documents, the customer service representative can refuse the gift voucher issuance. Each cardholder is limited to one gift during the promotion period, with no accumulation allowed, and the offer is available while supplies last.
  • The gift is subject to availability and will be based on the actual item on site. The company reserves the right to substitute it with an equivalent item. 
  • Once the voucher is used, it cannot be refunded.
  • Vouchers that are expired, not marked with an expiration date, or are damaged, altered, counterfeit, or photocopied will be deemed invalid. No replacement or reissue will be provided in the event of loss, theft, or damage. Vouchers cannot be redeemed directly at the Bistro with purchase receipts or signed orders. 
  • If the items purchased with the voucher are returned and the single installment spending threshold is no longer met, the "Crispy Chicken Wings and Cold Drink Combo" cannot be returned, customers will need to pay NT$85 for the combo. This adjustment must be made at the original store within 365 days from the purchase date. 
  • The company reserves the right to modify, change, or suspend the promotion.
