IKEA for Business purchase/E-mail order service

Love IKEA products but don’t have time to make the trip?
E-mail order service is the answer! With a reasonable service fee, you can order your favorite products with ease. You can create a shopping note on our website, add your favorite products, download the note, fill out information on the 【IKEA Xin Dian Store E-mail purchase orderand email them to us. We will contact you via email to confirm articles needed, total order amount, payment method, delivery schedule and shipping address within two business days (excluding weekends) upon receiving your E-mail purchase order.
Important notices:
Please be reminded that e-mail order service is not mail order, and the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply to e-mail order service. If you are not satisfied with the products, within 365 days, you can return or exchange the products with intact condition, original packaging, together with the original uniform invoice and purchase list (if paid by credit card, please bring the credit card and sign slip) at IKEA Xin Dian Store 3F return and exchange service counter. If your purchase is with the tax ID number added to the invoice, please bring the uniform invoice stamp of the entity or your company’s stamps.
If the product is not available in stock, we will contact you to confirm if you want to wait for the stock to be available or cancel the product.
Please only make the transfer to the assigned account upon receiving the payment notification and not prior to that.

All you need to do is to pay a reasonable fee for our technicians to measure your place on site and for our experts to provide professional suggestions for interior planning, coordinating styles and so on. IKEA for Business can meet all your needs for your business premises. We have different showrooms—café, clothes shop, office and many more—in the store for you to find decoration inspirations.

IKEA Gift Card: Rewards with purchases of certain amount

IKEA for Business members can enjoy an additional 3% top up reward when purchase and top up IKEA Gift cards with a total amount of $300,000 and above. Rewards can be accumulated to a maximum of 10% of your total purchase value!

Interest free instalment

With select credit cards and a single purchase amount of $30,000 and above, you can enjoy a 12-month interest free instalment payment plan. Or, with a single purchase amount of NT$20,000 and above, you can enjoy a 6-month interest free instalment payment plan!

How to apply for an instalment payment plan:

  • Please bring your purchase to the checkout counter and inform the cashier that you’d like to opt for an interest free instalment payment plan.
  • Exclusively for Taishin Bank, Citibank, Cathay, DBS, SinoPac, E. Sun. credit cards, a single purchase of a total amount of $30,000 and above is eligible for the 12-month interest free instalment payment plan.
  • A single purchase amount of NT$20,000 and above is eligible for the 6-month interest free instalment payment plan, applicable for credit cards issued Cathay, CTBC, Taipei Fubon, Taishin, Citibank, SinoPac, E. Sun, HSBC and DBS.
*If you used 0% instalment plan and need to return some items, you must return all items in the same order.
