*IKEA Swedish restaurant offers Kids menu and baby food. Family-friendly dining areas are equipped with microwaves, bottle warmers, baby bibs, children’s cutlery and high chairs so that both grown ups and kids can have a good time enjoying delicious meals!

You have 365 days to return your purchase.

Within 365 days, you can exchange or return the products with intact condition, original packaging, together with the original purchase invoice at the store (exclude City Shop and Pick-up and Order Point). For payment made with a credit card, please bring the concerned credit card and signing receipt with you. For those who made the purchase with a tax ID number, please print out two Debit Notes, and seal with company and legal representative stamps or tax ID stamps in advance. 

Sorry, the products in As-Is section, food and customized products are not applicable to the above terms and conditions.

Missing parts after taking your furniture apart or can’t find the parts after moving to a new home?

You can download the assembly manual on the IKEA website, note down the part number, and pick up what you need at our self-service spare part wall located next to the customer service counter in the store. Alternatively, email your inquiry to us at iservice@IKEA.com.tw and we will assist you as soon as possible.
